Fields of interest for scientific research: Social Responsibility, Business Ethics, Logistics, Marketing, Marketing Research, European Integration, International Relations. Specializations: 2010 - course for obtaining skills for trainers in MBA Master Type, organized by the project "Development, innovation and expanding access to learning in the Master Program in Business Administration"; 2003 - "An Introduction to Corporate Social Responsibility" course organized by the World Bank Institute. Author and co-author of 9 books (monographs, course supports and seminar notebooks) and over 20 scientific articles published nationally and internationally (journals, conferences, and workshops). Ph.D. Professor RAILEANU SZELES MONICA

Currently I work as professor at the Department of Finance, Accounting and Economic Theory of the Faculty of Economic Scienceswithin Transilvania University of Brasov, and also as associate researcher atthe Institute of Economic Forecasting within the Romanian Academy in Bucharest.During 2015 and 2016 I hold the position of Prometeo/ visiting professor atCuenca University of Ecuador, were I develop teaching activity and collaborativeresearch on the topic of regional economics. In recent years my research interests were stronglyrelated to the European integration and, more specifically, have approached thetopics of economic growth, social inequality and multidimensional poverty. Iregularly teach courses on International Finance, European Social Policy atundergraduate students, and Financial Markets at master students.
